When is check-in and check-out?
Check-in always occurs at the start of the month, and check-out happens at the end of the month. For instance, if there’s a delay in check-in from the guest’s end, we collect the entire month’s rental. Conversely, if the delay is from Stay Ease’s end, rental will be collected on a prorated basis.
What is Stay Ease's cancellation policy?
Stay Ease has a strict cancellation policy outlined in the rental agreement. Guests must adhere to the specified timeframe for cancellations. Failure to do so may result in penalties or forfeiture of the deposit.

Can I have guests over?
Guests are allowed with prior notification and permission from management . Guests are only allowed if the User is renting a private room and not shared rooms. However, there may be restrictions and charges, such as limits on duration of stay and additional fees for extended stays.
What is the pet policy at Stay Ease?
Pets are allowed in the premises under certain conditions. Please refer to the pet policy outlined in your rental agreement for specific guidelines. Generally, guests who wish to bring pets must seek prior approval from management, ensure that their pets do not disturb other residents, and take full responsibility for any damages or disturbances caused by their pets.
What is the deposit and payment policy?
Guests are required to pay a deposit upon finalizing their booking. The deposit must be cleared within the first two months of occupancy. Rent payment is prepaid and upfront.
Deposit Collection Update:
If a guest wishes to pay the deposit later but wants to reserve the room, they can pay a non-refundable token amount of Rs. 10,000/-, which will be adjusted in the deposit. However, please note that if the guest backs out, the token amount will not be refunded. This information will be sent to the registered email ID and WhatsApp along with the paid receipt.
Deposit Payment Deadline:
All deposits must be paid on or before 5 days prior to the check-in date. Stay Ease ensures that all agreement points are discussed and closed at the time of check-in or before. User KYC details must be collected, and the agreement should be signed.
Deposit Amount:
The deposit should be a minimum of 2.5 months and a maximum of 3 months, depending on the sales deal.
How does room upgradation work?
Requests for room upgradation must be made at the beginning of the month. Upgradation cannot be facilitated in the middle of the month. Please plan accordingly for a smooth transition.
What is the notice period policy?
Users are required to serve their notice period at the beginning of the month. Serving notice in the middle of the month may result in penalties or require payment of the differential amount.
How is room cleaning managed?
Room cleaning is conducted in the presence of users during specified timings. Please cooperate during these sessions to maintain a clean and hygienic living environment.
When is rent collected?
All rentals should be collected between the 1st and 5th of every calendar month. Please note that while the rent payable date is the 1st, we can wait until the 5th. After that, penalties will be applicable as per the agreement.
